Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Automation-Direct P2-HSO parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Protechna products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pulzer-Biegetechnik parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Prometec product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Protechna such as the 5311060528 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ISA96WDOG1SA manufactured by Pulzer-Biegetechnik and we are pleased to be able to service most Pulzer-Biegetechnik systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VGD1042 by Manufacturer Prometec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Pulnix Brand TM9701 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Proface such as PS4700S1SP8400 equipment made by Proface have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Proface products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Proface" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 4032X1 made by Promeasure-Corp as well as the popular DW216BR0FFFVC original spares produced by Puma

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 40006A02 by Pure-Flex and PS4700S1SP8400 spares by Proface are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 55002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Psg.
